Tuesday- Galway- Mentalness!

5:30am
Alarm on phone is not my friend!

6:30am
We're trying to get into the Rte studios in 2fm and Alan the producer for the hector show is on the way down to us... hopefully we can get to see hector and feed him some chocolate incredibleness

6:55am
Hector wasn't up in the studio when we got there but as we left the building we copped this fella in a beanie hat rocking up the street towards us- instantly knew it was Hector so we went over to greet him and definitely scared the bejaysus out of him! When we told him about our gig he was loving it and called up Jibber and the boys from the county council- Even though the bould Jibber is a big Pool fan we still drowned them in Brodericks bars- hopefully they went down well with the rest of the lads! Hector stood in for a pic- Legend- Keep her lit my auld flower

9:00am
Spar, Eyre Square- Met Michael Kearney from the store and stocked him up with plenty of bars.... We had a right auld chat about how Fahy, the TD had been thrown out of a talk in the city last night... the fella that ran the cement lorry into the Dail announced that he is thinking of running against him in the upcoming election!! HMMMMMMM think we should drive a Brodericks lorry into Leinster house with Bernard driving and Barry sitting on the roof!!

11am
Spar, Mainguad st- Handed out loads of free tasters while Peter the mechanic/film director ensured that a Frog with a backpack didn't elope with Michelle our assistant director and Minxy- He probably would have left both back by 11:03am!!

12:30pm
NUIG- We pulled up in the convoy outside the canteen and started handing out free bars and bites to the malnourished students of this fabulous institution- We gave away 1,000 bars in less than 2 hours! Then we had a brainwave...............

2pm
Over oodles of noodles provided by our over-enthusiastic Cork chef, an off the wall question of what we would do for €10,000 turned into potentially the most interesting meeting of 2011! Lets get naked in Salthill and make a VINYL!
